Service Description

Learn how to make a wooden goblet on the lathe! You will start with a chunk of wood and rough out the general shape. Then, you will drill out the center of the cup. Next, you will thin out the wood and refine the shape. I encourage each student to hone in on their creativity and chose their own unique shape. Lastly, you will apply a food-safe finish, allowing you to drink out of your hand-made goblet. Feeling ambitious? Learn an advanced technique of adding a captive ring. All tools, materials, and safety equipment are provided. Please wear close-toed shoes. As the instructor, I am fully vaccinated, though I will wear a mask. Masks are optional for you, the student. Class is for ages 8 and up. The payment benefits Past Lives LLC and the instructor. I accept Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, cash, or check, or you may opt to receive in invoice through Past Lives LLC. Tips are encouraged.
